Those of you who have not taken the plunge may well have thought ofsome of the issues below as reasons why you shouldn't buy one. 1. I don't think a WaterproofDog Bed would be comfortable for my dog. 2. My dog often gets fleas and the larvae get into the bed and Ican't get rid of them and have to throw the bed out so I don't wantto spend too much on a dog bed. 3. The fabric the waterproof dog beds are made of will annoy me andperhaps my dog due to the fact it may crinkle like sitting in a chairwith a mackintosh on. 4. I will have to get rid of it because it will begin to smell aftera while like all other beds I have had. 5. We don't go out in the rain with our dog. 6. My problem isn't that my dog gets wet, but My dog looses a lot ofhair. If there was a hair proof dog bed, I would buy one of those. 7. I'd buy a waterproof bed, but the way my dog chews everythingmakes it difficult to justify the cost. 8. The Waterproof fabric will make my dog sweat.
